Conference Registration Now Open

Registration to attend the CHETA 2025 conference at British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT) is now open. ALL attendees must register for the conference, but the fee is not due until the specified deadlines.

Fee Waivers and Offers (only one offer per institution)

Members presenting or facilitating at the conference may have their conference fee waived.
Institutions in good standing with CHETA are eligible for the following special registration offer
Level 1 members: 50% off registration
Level 2 & 3: one complimentary conference registration with one paid registration.

Conference Fees

Early Bird (February & March): $150

Regular (April & May) : $175

Late (on-site in June): $275
